Apparently Enfamil easy open cans have aluminum shavings fall into the formula when opening the can. One mom said they blocked the nipple of the bottle her baby was drinking. The company says health officials say it's safe to ingest this amount of aluminum even for infants, while other experts say that it is proven to be harmful to animals and infants can have a hard time getting it out of their system. Enfamil has recalled for this reason before, though the metal shavings were from equipment, not the cans themselves. Do you think they should do another recall or do you trust the company?
This seems like a no-brainer. I wouldn't want my baby drinking even the smallest amount of metal shavings at all, ever.

I agree, but apparently Enfamil does not.
Ideally the problem should be fixed.
Anything mass produced in factories, by machines or human hands, will never be perfect though so who knows what other issues will be found down the road.
