A workout DVD. Has 3 different levels for each couple of weeks. Here is lvl 1 on youtube to give you an idea.

The workout is 30 minutes long. I was doing it and liked it for a while but by level 3 it was KILLING my shins so I had to stop. A lot of people seem to have issues with it hurting their knees so if you have bad knees you might want to skip the stuff that puts a lot of strain on your knees. Imo it works as long as you stick to it.

Also I don't see why breastfeeding would stop you from exercising. :?

ok awesome. thanks. i was just curious cause im only taking in maybe 1200-1500 calories a day. and im not exactly sure how many calories i will need breastfeeding. last time i was having trouble keeping in enough calories and liquid and i wasnt working out. how soon can you normally start walking after you have a baby?

It has 3 different 30 minute workouts that includes cardio, weights, and abs.. you do level 1 for a week, then switch to 2 and so on.. You're supposed to do it daily, but I got kind of bored with it so I would do some cardio on days I didn't feel like doing it. Plan on being VERY sore though for the first few weeks. You will need some 2 or 3 lb weights with it, too.

I've done the whole program a few times now. I have a result photo if you're interested in seeing it :)

Day 1 & Day 30 - Before & After.
7.8 lb difference. Didn't take measurements, but the results were obviously big! I was also eating clean about 1200-1500 calories a day.

You need more calories throughout the day.
