OKay, so I just had DS #2 a little over a year ago. I'm still breastfeeding him, but have also yet to get my period. I am basically at the same weight I was at when I got pregnant with him. I would like to get down to 150 or so, so I need to lose around 30-40 pounds. :( I need some advice, I have never really had to work out, I used to dance when I was younger for 9 years. Now that I'm a busy mom, I don't really have the time to go do something like that to get a workout in. I hate just going to the gym and walking on the treadmill or whatever. Please help, also eating. Just tips in general, thanks!
Eat a bit healthier. Replace junk with fruit and veggies, replace high-calorie beverages with lower calorie ones or water. That plus the calories you burn BFing should help, even if you're not working out.
Also maybe try a workout video. Something that lasts 20-30 minutes, you should definitely be able to find time to fit that in. Otherwise, take walks with your kids
There are 24 hours in a day. You can use 1 to workout. Use exercise DVDs, run, squats, weights. I know how it is. I use to say how busy I was. I've lost 38 lbs since the beginning of the year. I've cut out all soda. All I drink is water and smoothies and sometimes milk. I try to run 10 miles a week and lift weights. Its hard but once you get started and into it its so easy and it starts feeling great.
You can find time, trust me! :)

Try a video that won't bore you like insanity, turbo fire, p90x or Zumba
Eat clean! There's tons of tips on Pinterest and look into the paleo diet.

I have done zumba before in a class, and I love it. I would need to do it every day right?
