I mean... I can understand a little bit why she said that. He was willing to take the Child on while you were together, probably mostly for your sake. Now that you're not Married, he really shouldn't have to support her his entire life. Find her real Father and make him pay the support....

To me, saying "I will be this child's father" and signing the BC, etc, that doesn't end with the marriage dissolving. It shouldn't. He should have taken that into consideration.

He signed it knowing that she would become his responsibility because he wanted to play father, now he should have to pay for his responsibility he CHOSE HIMSELF to take on.
