I haven't had any soda for over a week. I've been trying my best to be eating clean and seems to be going okay but yet I'm still gaining. I was losing at first but not I just go up a pound or to then down that pound or 2 I can't get past this one weight.

You have to burn more calories than you take in. I stopped drinking soda and stated doing yoga daily. I dont eat much junk food either I still have my fried foods but extra snacking because I am bored stopped. I have 1 or two snacks a day depending on my mood. I didn't have much luck with calorie counting I just watch what I eat.

are you exercising too? you usually gain at first due to muscle mass.

It's best to weigh weekly because as you've found out, your weight can fluctuate daily.



Give it time girl. How long have you been dieting, and are you exercising too?

Could you be retaining water? I no joke weigh 4 to 5lbs more the week before my period.

I was exercising the last 2 days I haven't been as much I was working out at the gym going on long walks with my girls and lifting weights

so your probably gaining muscle not fat, just keep up with it and it will start to come off :)

Idk I'm on birth control so I only get my period once every 3 months but if I wasn't on it then I would be having my period now. So can I still retain water?

Have you been taking measurements? The scale is shit for being accurate. I just finished my first month of Insanity today. The scales says I've only lost two pounds but I've lost almost 10 inches in a month.
