No. They'll walk when they want to walk.
None of my three kids walked until 16 months, I wouldn't worry
I think the doctor said that she wouldn't look farther in to it until DD was 15-18 months. She started walking like a week before her 15 month appointment.
Why should you be concerned with 14 months when your first was 17 months?
My Son walked a few days shy of turning 14 months.
dd just started 2.5 weeks ago it was right when she turned 16 months old. All kiddos are different.
I am so happy that she finally started to walk though. lol
All kids are different so I wouldn't be concerned just yet. My DS was walking just before he turned 1 and my DD is 7 months old and already cruising around the furniture and pushing toys. So I think she will walk before he did.
Why would you be concerned? Especially considering you know first hand that some kids walk late.
Well he kind of scoots/crawls finally. So he does get around. He just refuses to walk unless we are holding his hands.
My son was 10 months when he started walking, but he was a cruiser...not a crawler.
My daughter turned 1 late last month and has actually gotten angry when we've tried to get her to walk...she'd much rather crawl.
I don't know, I guess just as a mom you get worried.
Quoting Fertile Mertile + D & C:" I don't know, I guess just as a mom you get worried."
Ds2 didn't walk steady till 15-16 mos. He didn't even sit up by himself till about 10 mos. He was just content not being mobile. My oldest didn't really walk till a little after his first birthday. Just how some kids are. Some walk early, some walk later.
my daughter isnt even 11 months old yet and can pretty much walk
