I have a treadmill, elliptical, bike and bench but insanity makes me sweat balls more than at workout lol. I've tried the 30DS and got bored easily.

According to me you should take a lot of care about your diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet and drink green tea with that. With that must do some exercise. Cycling and swimming are best way to weight loss.
