Okay, well, keep trying. If you do "figure it out", DO use it for good. That seems to be lacking.

Hats off to your quest for knowledge.

I do have one request. Please cure the common cold. It is long overdue. Thanks in advance!

you do understand why the 'common cold' has been so difficult to cure right?

Do you have wisdom teeth? A spleen? An appendix? Do you get goose bumps? Can you pick things up with your toes?

9% of the world can't pick up things because the Plantaris(sp?) Muscle is so underdeveloped.

It like my aunt who was born without wisdom teeth, you are a result of a million year charge.

I have a natural immunity to chicken pox and it would be safe to assume that carries over into other herpes viruses because of my exposure. I've had a titer done...I have no antibodies. I just don't get the virus when exposed to it. On the off chance I could carry without being sick myself, I put off varicella vaccinations for my kids if I was in the third trimester.

In a totally relevant and crazy coincidence, I just came across this article:

I saw a fascinating documentary a couple of years ago about why some people are immune to HIV. There is a small village in England called Eyam. When the plague was brought to the village in the 17th century, the village people took it upon themselves to quarantine the entire village, expecting they would all die. And most of them did. But almost 1/3 of them survived, despite close proximity and taking few measures to avoid infection.

So the question is why did those people survive? Fast forward to the 20th century and this time it's HIV. People who have been exposed numerous times are somehow immune to the virus. Again, why? It turns out the people who are immune to HIV share a common genetic mutation with many of the modern day residents of Eyam. It's called Delta 32 and it changes cell structure in such a way as to prevent certain viruses from attaching to cells. Evolution at work!

Yep.
They talk about Delta 32 in regards to Yesenia pestis in The Great Mortality.

It is a fact that you believe in God.

God's existence is not factual.

Now, how can I argue with that logic?

Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. That's a fact, too.

Yes. I'm just saying facts are facts and beliefs and facts aren't one in the same.

The ontological argument for the existence of God is difficult for even me to argue against. :x
