So DD is 15 months. This weekend has been HORRIBLE! She is just non stop whining and she won't sleep. Thursday she just seemed a little more clingy then normal and when we went out to dinner she ended up puking a little. I thought maybe it was the food because we had mexican and the food was way more greasy than I thought. It's also the only time she puked. She was fussy all Thursday night, like whimpering in her sleep but when I went in there she was still asleep, and I learned when she did that before NOT to pick her up to comfort her because then she wakes up screaming and it's bad. Friday morning she woke up with a VERY slight fever (like 101) and very crabby. She has most of her teeth but not all so I think maybe teething again? Yesterday the fever was gone but you could tell her mouth was really hurting her. I gave her some Tylenol for the pain and that helped her eat but she just wont sleep. Last night she fought so hard that she could barely keep her head up and that's when I finally got her to sleep. She screams bloody murder when we put her in her room so I tried laying in our bed with her but she didn't want to do that either. She's still eating but not as much as normal, and she is still drinking, she just will not sleep at all. She is so tired which means she is so crabby and I just don't know how to get her to sleep. She's almost acting afraid of her room but I don't know why she would suddenly be afraid of her room because she's had those whimper episodes for as long as I can remember and never had any issues after, but if she is I don't know how to help it. We walked around and she touched everything, it's not to bright not to dark, we have a soothing sound machine. I just don't know what else to do and DH thinks something is seriously wrong and she needs to go to the dr. Is her right or is this normal?

Sounds unusual to me. I'd make her an appt with the pedi.

That's what I was afraid of, because we won't be able to get her in until Tuesday.

Now she is coloring and laughing. I just don't understand this kid :? :)

lol Just enjoy the happiness then lol. Maybe it was a fluke or she had a bad dream that made her scared for a bit? Who knows.

I just noticed her mouth is covered in sores, and google said hand foot mouth disease which explains the diaper rash I can't get rid of so we are bringing her into urgent care.

Idk. I'm not really medically inclined. But I say no harm in bringing them in. Better safe than sorry.

Well back from urgent care and he barely even acknowledged the sores in her mouth and just kind of brushed me off when I asked him about it :?
They just gave us a prescription for her diaper rash, tested her for strep and a bladder infection but both are negative so they said its probably just something viral and keep an eye on her slight fever. At least we know she's not dying or anything lol
