Insanity works and no weights needed.

I like insanity because it can all be done easily with no weights or equipment in my livingroom. Also its fast. 20-40 minutes. p90x is 90 minutes, 90 long minutes.

i agree.
but even so, those fewer minutes w/ insanity will still give you results if you stick with it.. along w. clean eating

You can also do P90X without any equipment and get results. Personally I think they are both about the same. The eqipments are only for those who want to get all muscular & shit. We tried Insanity & P90X they both make you work out like crazy.

I just like losing weight/maintaining my weight so I stick to Zumba. Also makes you work out like crazy but it's more fun. imo. That or I just go to the park and run, do jumping jacks, etc. the hot weather helps. I love cardio.

I love Insanity. P90x required too much stuff for me.

I just ordered insanity! I'm nervous about the eating plan/diet because I'm a McDonalds girl at heart :(

I just finished 3 months of insanity and I loved it. The shortest work out is 37 minutes and the longest is about an hr and 15. Great results but pretty intense. :)

...which workout is THAT long? We're just about finish month one and I have yet to experience anything longer than 45 minutes, so I'm assuming that's in month two? If so, I'm not looking forward to that shit.

month two is definitely longer. the days where you have abs are an hr and 15 minutes. i think in month one its about 55 minutes on that day. Month twos has some work outs that are 60 minutes. its definitely more intense because its longer. I hated month two. haha

Well hopefully it'll be the month we'll see results, my husband has lost 8lb while I've lost a measly 2.5lb. :?
