Quoting Mama Lizzy :]:" <blockquote><b>Quoting I'm His Amy He's My Rory:</b>" Oh yeah, the vet fees. We paid about 300 to get her fixed and her shots."</blockquote> Damn that's alot!"

$80 well pet exam, $150 I think to fix her because they get pain meds and a 2 day stay, then shots are about $50. Then a booster for $25 I think

It really varies where you go...like country vets usually don't charge near as much. It was 60 for spay 20 for shots and heart worm test. They don't charge for office visits. Alot of city vets charge office fee

I'm really picky about my vet just like my doctors. They have great facilities and procedures so, I'd rather pay extra. They care a lot more than most I've seen around here.

What on earth is a crate and why do you need a carrier?

A crate is a cage. We never used ours but some people use them for night time or for travel

Oh ok. Here our dogs just go in the back of the car and the only ones in cages are usually breeders with heaps of dogs who need to keep certain ones seperated, or some pigging dogs.
