Sorry I cannot post the link directly because I'm mobile

This girl is ten years old. No doubt talented.

Would you let your ten year old daughter perform a dance like this?

I would let her perform like that. Maybe put her in a full top, other than that I don't see a problem.

I didn't see anything inappropriate. Only classic hip hop moves that I would be expecting if I signed my daughter up for hip hop classes.

I wouldn't let my daughter dance like that, I don't think it's appropriate. If other people don't mind for their kids, eh, not my business. But I will probably judge you, lol

Why not? If you look, she has a bunch of other videos and a lot of them are ballet type dance. The dancing I saw in the hip-hop video is what I would expect to see.

She is for sure talented. Amazing.

I can't watch because I'm mobile but if I signed my kid up for a dance class I would expect them to explore all types of dances. I wouldn't approve of slutty clothing but if it is a type of dance(tango, hip hop, ballet, etc)that is a lot of either rapid movements, hip twirls or requires flexibility or a partner then it would depend on the age of the child. I believe certain types of dance are appropriate for different ages.

It makes me cringe to think of my little girl dancing like that.

I went to post the video, but I don't remember how.

In the video she's wearing shorts, a bandeau type top, a vest, and boots.

My husband would flip his shit if that was one of our daughters.

So would my husband. I asked him his opinion on this video, and he said "what the f**k?".

Mine didn't even watch for a full 30 seconds before he said "turn that shit off, of course it's inappropriate".

I'd be iffy about that outfit because of perverts honestly. My sister developed early so at 10 years old grown men looked at her like she was a grown woman unless she was dressed appropriately for her age. I strongly believe in teaching children modesty
