GOOD MORNING LADIES
breakfast, 6 egg white omlete, spinach, onion, tomato, sprouts, zucchini, motz cheese. YUM. Low in fat, high in protien. and 2 miles this am.



Crystal what do you mean you cant do it? you can absolutely do anything u put ur mind to!

my current workout is a minimal. When i am optimal health i lift weights hard! speed walking 2 miles uphill is only about a 20 min to 30 min workout depending on how fast. The toning i am doing is single sets of 25-50 for now to begin activating the muscle. There is nothing difficult about it sweetheart. You can absolutely implement this now and gradually add to is as i do. I am doing workout from home without anything at the moment.

My baby is 2 months old. I workout 4-5 times a week .. I would do more but I'm exhausted with work too :lol:
I don't get on here much otherwise I would join you

awe too bad i would love for more people to join! YA i know what thats like i used to run to the gym on my lunch break daily when i was working! lol i had to eat lunch in between patients and just try to make it work! I have my goals set out! First goal is to fit into my pre preg clothes by my birthday in august !!! lol

ok because im just starting weight lifting so my husband is like super strong i look like a wimp but i do 30 min of cardio i try to do up hillon the machines and i do squates but my thighs look gross but im working on it

seated : overhead dumbbell press 25, table preacher curls 25, lateral side and front raise 25 each, overhead tri extension 25.
THESE ARE USING A 5lb weight for me. AGAIN i am just slowly working my way back in.

I want to tone my tummy is bad i do 50 squats 50 crunches i do the bicycle for 10 min then lift weight i do 50 at each machine there's about 5 that i do then i do 50 more crunches and do 10 more min on the bicycle or the elliptical

u really shouldnt be working your abs yet 6 wks after a csection. I dont plan on doing abs until about 8 weeks. U can actually delay ur healing.



You should start by wrapping ur belly with a support during active hrs, then during non active hrs have it off. focused workouts such as pelvic tilts, u need to lay on your back knees bent, push ur belly in so ur back is flat on the floor, contract pulling ur tummy in and tightening it. also bridges, in that same position lift ur hips off the ground arms flat at ur sides and hold bringing ur belly in and tightening ur booty. stretch completely flat arms above ur head, toes pointed, slide ur feet on the floor up into a knee bent position and back down again.rotate back and forth between legs. these are starters. ull end up encouraging the muscle seperation vs closing it. dont push urself too hard.

ok well i just made 3 table spoons of plain greek yogurt 5 black berries 1/4 banana 10 grapes and now i have aci berry non sweetened tea its my snack

im 8 weeks pp and yesterday went to the gym did 20 min of alpticals theni did 100 sqautes the punching bag and sevral weight machine

ok so today was/is day 1 of my current plan..... this is a start up plan until i am fully recovered from my csection. 5 weeks out today



workout wise: upper body and lower body rotations.
CARDIO 2-3 miles monday - friday.



Mon, Wed and Fri : Upperbody
SEATED : Overhead military press, 5lb weights 3x15
Preacher curls 5lbs 3x15
reverse grip curls 5lbs 3x15
lateral front and side raises 3x15 each
overhead tri extension 3x20 single 5lb weight



Core Work: Bridge - 3 sets of 20 sec holds
standing russian twists with broom stick at shoulders non weighted x50
standing broom stick oblique dips x 50
opposite toe touches (standing) x50
standing leg raise holds, tummy tight, 3 sets of 15 sec holds per leg



Tue & Thurs : Lower body NON WEIGHTED
squats: 3x20
wide stance squats with a calf raise 3x15
donkey kicks single set 30-50 reps per leg
straight leg donkey kick backs single set 30-50 reps per leg
standing kick backs 50 per leg
adduction and abduction on floor 50 per leg
wall squats 3 for 15 second holds



core work: jump squats 3x10 and walking lunges for 2 sets of 20 lunges



SAT AND SUNDAY RECOVERY REST DAYS




Today i did 3 miles, and completed my full upper body workout as well as core work.



These are my first meals of the day.



breakfast 6 egg whites and 1 cup of zucchini with hot sauce.

I'm so in! I gained 80lbs with DS. I was 212 when I delivered and a year PP I was 192. I'm now down to 155-160 but I fell of the wagon and need motivation to drop the last 30-40lbs.
