Anybody else have issues with this? My left arm and wrist/hand is killing me :( I'm only 13 weeks! My last pregnancy it didn't start til very near the end so I'm just dreading what the rest of this pregnancy is going to feel like!

Do you weigh more than you have with previous pregnancies? I gained 50 pounds in the last two years (Holy shit I know) anyway and within the last couple months my carpal tunnel started coming back and I am not pregnant.

I actually LOST 20lbs with my last pregnancy when it started but I was pregnant with twins.....I am about 40lbs overweight these days :( This is my 4th pregnancy.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome but not due to pregnancy.

Search on YouTube for carpal tunnel massages or exercises.
I swear it relieves 95% of my pain.

Yes the nights are the worst.
I wear a brace too.

The doctor prescribed me some inflammation/pain pills and a brace. I rarely take the bills because the exercises really help and the brace the doctor gave was very uncomfortable, so I use one I bought at walmart.

Yes but I won't do it.
Too many people say it comes back so it's not even worth it.

I'm telling you after you do the exercises you will feel so much better.
I was in tears before and now I barely notice.

Yeah I cried a lot during my last pregnancy about it lol luckily mine cleared up after the pregnancy last time. Took awhile though.

I got carpal tunnel when I was pregnant, & while the carpal tunnel went away after the swelling from my pre-e went away, I ended up getting dequervain's tendonitis from the repeated use of my wrists while I had Carpal Tunnel. I just had to have surgery on my right wrist a few months ago, & am about to have surgery on the left wrist.

I had it horribly when I was in my last two months of pregnancy with my fifth child....so bad in my elbows, wrists, and hands, I even had it terribly in my ankles and feet :(
Doc said mine was from being so anemic though. My iron levels were so low they threatened to give me a blood transfusion when I gave birth.
