Chicken is about the only thing I don't know how to cook, we don't eat it. The extent of my chicken is to grill boneless/skinless breasts on the grill for DD's lunch lol

I love to make wings! I take chalula ht sauce and franks red hot sauce, and a few tbls of butter and garlic powder and worstischire sauce and cook together into a sauce.

Then I bake the wings! I just spread out on a greased cookie sheet ( make sure it has edges so the grease doesn't spill out) then I spray them Pam and salt and pepper them and bake. They get super crispy. Once they are done I toss in the sauce and serve with blue cheese and celery. Sooooo good!!!

They've been sitting in hot sauce most of the day. (Sorry should have added that)
I don't have a grill, but I bet that would be delicious! Never tried them with lemon pepper, might give that a go. :)

I bake them on a greased cookie sheet and then mix them with Frank's red hot sauce and melted butter.
