Right?

I'll be over here with a weed brownie. Forget those gross pills.

They'll find it. It's in meconium, not fat stores where it would metabolize. Meanwhile, why are they drug testing your baby? We only do that if we have reason to suspect drug use.

I've never heard of anyone's baby being tested right away after birth for no reason. That seems a bit odd.

Maybe not make the thc unavailable but a pregnant woman shouldn't be smoking anything. The smoke is bad for anyone. Should people be able to hot box a car with their kids in it? Edibles and such are ok IMO but not smoking it.

I'm sure there is a reason they are testing baby's meconium... we're just not getting that part of the story.

As if they could ever make the distinction on a drug test if it were smoked or eaten. Get real. That'd be unenforceable.

But they could make it so a pregnant woman couldn't get actual weed(legally) and only edibles and thc.

I think that's common knowledge. There are like thousands of ways you can get the benefit of thc and not "smoke" it. And if you drug tested they wouldn't be able to determine how it was Injested.

If I get a chance I will use cannabis oils and stuf on my daughter who is SN. No he same as hot boxing

A pregnant women can still vape. And it's not smoke your inhaling. And you need actual bud to do that.

What if she wants to cook with it herself? Or vape it? Come on. Pregnant women don't need to be nannied. Let's concentrate on the crack addicted moms or abused moms. cigarette smoking moms, even. Jesus. Worrying about legally toking moms minding their own business is just asinine.

Before that happens, I suppose they'd need to do the same for cigarettes.

There is more to the story than she is telling. They don't just test it to be testing it.
