I just got a new car (13 ford fiesta) before I found out I was expecting so now I need to find a infant car seat that will fit in my back seat with my DDs safety 1st complete air protect 65. I know many mommas say just get a convertible seat from the get go but I prefer the baby carrier in the early months. We already have a combi cocorro convertible car seat. Any mommas have suggestions for smaller vehicles fitting two car seats in the back seat that would be very helpful. TIA!

I could be wrong but I think they're all about the same size. I have a Nissan sentra and a Toyota corolla we have DS in a convertible and new baby is gonna be in a graco!

Evenflo may be slightly slimmer, but I think they're all around the same size honestly.

At the top of your title, edit and ask for carseat techs.

I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent, and it's a tight fit. My son is behind the driver seat in a Graco Nautilus and my daughter is in a Baby Trend carrier carseat, with the base. We have the carseat/jogging stroller combination. The fit is just right for our car, however the passenger seat cannot go back all the way or else it would touch the handle of the carseat (which has to be down). I've noticed we can push the seat back a little further if we install her carseat without the base, but daddy can't do that lol

I figured it was all kind of general but read many reviews and some had issues getting the seats in smaller SUVs.
Literally found out I was pregnant a week after I bought my tiny car lol so I was a little peeved to say the least.:P

Your front passenger might be a little squished but as long as you have four doors you should be alright!

Lol well I sit pretty close to the steering wheel cause I'm short so we'll see which is more functional but if the passenger has to lose a little room so be it.

Chicco infant seats are compact and the Cybex Aton & Maxi Cosi Mico are even slightly smaller...

Honestly, i thought i had to have a baby carrier, it was so convenient with Grey especially when he was sleeping. Its completely different with two. I take P out of his seat 90% of the time, the seat is almost inconvenient.. Although if i usr it at all, is attach it to the frame and keep grey busy by having him push :)
