Let me start by saying I had a tubal ligation after ds. I'm now almost 4 months pp and still no af (I'm breastfeeding and have been supplementing the whole time due to weight issues). I get random pains that feel just like RLP. I get terribly nauseous and want to puke. Basically its freaky!

I know its just left over hormones but damn its freaking me out!! Lol

I'm not sure about the nausea but I know that its very normal to not get AF for six months PP, in fact most women who BF don't get AF until after 6 M PP, and some don't get it at all until they stop breastfeeding. The fact that you supplement could add to the probability that you will get AF sooner, but it certainly doesn't guarantee it. Hope you start feeling better

I didn't get my first period with E, and I started supplementing with him at 6 months because of poor weight gain. Anyway even though he was gradually but fully weaned at 10 months, I didn't get my first cycle until he was 9 months old.
