Do what you feel is best but as someone that's brought home two girls I can tell you they want to be just as comfortable as boys. Yes the dress is adorable but I really feel it would be better for pics not the car ride home. If that's what your heart is set on then go for it but I might have a back up just in case you have issues getting her in the car seat. When mine we newbs dresses and car seats didn't mix to well.

I honestly feel she will be okay, if it comes down to it we will have something else with us but I don't think we'll need it. Again I'm not asking for opinions on this, I just want to know what headband people think looks best with the dress and shoes together. So please everyone only help me with that cause that's all I want. All these other opinions are just stressing me out and upsetting me cause this is the outfit my husband and I have decided on and it will not be changing.

If you don't want opinions don't post on a public forum the two go hand in hand.

Yeah this post was definetly un-needed but thank you for just adding your 2-cents in for drama purposes.

Love the dress and I think 2 looks better but one looks like it matches a tiny bit better, not sure with it being different lighting. With our oldest we bought a beautiful white dress for hospital pics but planned on changing her into onsie for the ride home but she ended up being so comfortable we left her in the dress, my other two girls wore the same dress home too and again we planned on changing them out but they didn't care. So I would bring a onsie with you on the chance she wants to change out , good luck.

thank you so much. I was looking at it like maybe the flowers were better, like flowers on her head, bow on the dress then flowers on her shoes. Instead of bow bow and then flowers. I'm gonna see if SO will let me buy both since they're only like 4.25 each but if not I just wanna make sure we pick the right one.

I like the first headband, my baby girls always wore headbands with the bows on them and big flowers from the time they were born and as far as the dress goes its super cute and I think its perfect :) Congrats on your first little girl!!

Thank you so much (: I honestly wanted another boy and then maybe a girl down the road but I'm getting more and more excited for her as we get closer to her arrival.

I wasn't trying to cause you stress over a headband. I'm sorry. I was just being honest.

And I like headband #2 best. A lot less for such a little head. :)

I had a boy first and then a girl. I was SO excited. She's my little crazy loon now.

I might try and find and nice sundress or one piece romper or something for coming home. Save the pretty dress for pics."</blockquote>

I agree.. Something more comfortable.

Sure can. They're both actually from the same seller on Etsy. Here's the link to the flower one.
