Are you wanting homemade Alfredo sauce? If not, I have a good recipe that's super easy. And do you want chicken fettucini or just Alfredo? Lol.

Alfredo sauce is just butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and italian seasonings.

I really love watching Giada on the Food Network, here food looks amazing. Here's her recipe for fettuccine alfredo:

Ingredients
18 ounces fresh fettuccine
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups grated Parmesan
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground white pepper
Directions
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Drain.

Stir 2 cups of the cream and the lemon juice in a heavy large skillet to blend. Add the butter and cook over medium heat just until the butter melts, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Add the pasta and toss. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of cream, and Parmesan to the cream sauce in the skillet. Add the lemon zest, nutmeg, salt, and white pepper. Toss the pasta mixture over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute.

1 cube real butter
1 pkg cream cheese (not low fat)
1 pint heavy cream
1/3 cup fresh shredded parm cheese
garlic

melt butter in pot, add cream cheese and garlic to taste, stir and mix until combined with butter. Add heavy cream simmer 10-15 minutes, add parm cheese at the end..

Super yummy. You can use margarine, 1/3 fat cream cheese and 1/2 and 1/2 it still tastes good, but not as good as when you use all the regular stuff. NEVER use fat free cream cheese, it doesn't melt well.
