Make some chicken alfredo with the noodles, alfredo sauce, chicken and broccoli. Could also make some garlic toast to go with it

Do you have onions? Or onion powder?

Sautee onions (or use onion powder)... melt butter in a pan, add flour until it's chunky... add milk until all the chunks are out and smooth. Add onions. Cook noodles al dente. Cook chicken. Put everything in a big pot. Add peas and cheese. And more milk (or cream if you have it, or a few scoops of sour cream) until it's a thick mixture. Add seasonings (I usually do S&P and garlic powder... along with onion powder if I'm not using sauteed onions). And I usually put that in the oven with cheese on top... but it's fine straight out of the pot, too (if you don't want to turn the oven on). I also usually use tuna but chicken would work fine. I think I'm gonna make this if I can't find anyone to go out to dinner with me....
