ill have to try milk. I am always worried that anything and everything i eat and drink will make it worse.

Have you tried crunching ice?
Room temperature or just kind of cold water makes me feel like I'm going to vomit fire. Really, really icy ice water is ok though. Especially if I crunch on the ice.

Oh, also, it took me a while but I eventually figured out that bread (crackers, etc) and anything sugary give me really horrible reflux too. So I've been avoiding carbs and sticking with whole foods, not processed stuff, lean proteins, nuts and sunflower seeds, salads, vegetables, etc. and some days, when I'm really careful about what I eat, I don't have any issues at all. If I go anywhere near pizza, I'm sick as a dog for 3 days.

being pregnant sucks.

Pickles? Really?? i never would have thought. I thought that would make it worse.

I guess mine isn't heartburn as it is more acid reflux

it seems like no matter what i eat it gives me acid reflux. I'll even wake up in the middle of the night with it.
