When did you start? Did they regress? When were they fully potty trained by? How did you go about it?
I didn't even attempt until after 3. He had severe delays so I knew anything before that would be pointless. He was pee-trained perfectly a week later but it took a lot longer for #2. Even now at age 4 he still has #2 accidents but for the most part he was fully potty trained by 3 1/2.
Introduced at 2.
Didn't start real training til 2.5
Day trained in 2-3 weeks for 1 & 2
Night training took longer as he is a DEEP sleeper
My son was 2.5 when he was potty triained. We stuck a potty in the livingroom and took off his diaper. We had him sit on the potty before and after bathtime for a few months previous. We had to put the potty in the livingroom because he was nonverbal at the time and we had babygates up for our youngest. He didn't regress and barely had an accidents. He's 3.5 now and still won't poop on the potty though. After this pack of diapers is gone, he knows we're not buying anymore. We're counting them down together. We're doing the same with overnight diapers.
We introduced it at 1 1/2 to 2.
Didn't start really training until he was closer to 3.
He's not fully potty trained quite yet, he's regressed some.
However, he'll go #2 in the potty and hasn't had any accidents at night for at least two months.
I intoduced my son to the potty right at two years old and he wasn't ready, so I started again about two years and four months. He was almost all the way trained, until my step mom told him that the toilet was a monster and he stopped going. I let it go for a few months and started again at about two years seven months. It did not take long at all and he was trained in about two weeks. He will be three in July and he is completely day trained, but will not wake up at night to go potty so he's still in diapers at night. We also had the potty in the living room for a while.
18months 2 years old when she started the big potty and 2.5 fully (daytime) potty trained. Night time she wont go to bed without a pull up
