I am absolutely exhausted all the time. I feel sick all the time. I feel sick if I don't eat then worse after I do eat. Can any one suggest anything to help? I can go on feeling like crap much longer!
make sure you are taking you prenatal vitamins. Also, if you are still tired, see about getting your iron checked to see if you need an additional iron supplement. Im not sure about feeling sick though... try s*****g on a peppermint? Thats usually the only thing that helps me.
Thanks. I have been taking my vitamin right before I go to bed because they make the nausea 10x worse.
Certain foods give you lots of energy and aren't hard on your system.
Cucumbers are like a cup of coffee with no crash,
apples and bananas give you energy
A power boost would be a Kiwi or spinach
If you have a hard time eating these, then get a juicer and juice them, it works wonders!
