For those who have used Zumba as your primary exercise, how long did it take before you started to see results? I started Thursday and have done 4-1 hour sessions so far and loving it. Obviously I know I won't see results just yet, but I was just wondering. I plan to do it 4-6 times a week.

By week two my energy was way up and I started losing weight. Zumba is a great workout.
