Anyone have a good recipe that you've tried?

My 3 year old LOVES dinosaurs, and I've been buying her the dinosaur shaped frozen chicken that say "all natural" but I think Incan make something a lot healthier myself. I have dinosaur cookie cutters to mould the shapes in, but I need a good HEALTHY recipe.

Basically any crusted baked chicken recipe can be used. You may have a tough time using the cookie cutters to cut the meat so maybe just normal shaped chicken nuggets. I know there are recipes for chicken breaded on corn flakes. I like chicken covered in crushed frenchfried onions.

It'd be hard to cut raw chicken with a cookie cutter, I think.
I just cut chicken breast up into nugget sized pieces, coat in shake n bake and bake.

maybe use a food processor or ground chicken, and make kind of a meatloaf mix, then bake flat? you could use the cutter before you out it on his plate.

Thanks for te recipes!

And you don't cut the raw chicken with the cookie cutter lol, you use ground chicken or cook the chicken then cut it up really small and use some kind of binder like egg or whatever to stick it together.

Shake n bake is not healthy.

Oh I also wanted to ask, do you think they will freeze well if the chicken is pre cooked? So that I could have them pre made, and just put them in the oven for a few mins when I need them?
