We're having Mac and cheese quinoa with pork chops and maybe mashed potatoes or peas tonight. I'm not sure how I'd like to cook the pork chops. What's your favorite way?

I put a small amount of oil in my cast iron frying pan. I fry slices if garlic then put rosemary on both sides of the pork and fry it! Then I make some reg noodles and fry them in the grease once the pork is donee.

I like to fry them, but my favorite way is to bake them in cream of mushroom soup. Always turn out really juicy.

I season mine with garlic powder, season salt, pinch of regular salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper then fry them and OMG they're good, you have to get the seasoning just right though

Farmer's Chops. They are baked along with onions and potatoes, and covered in an amazing white sauce. *drools*

In that case, I'd just fry them.

:( Maybe you could do it another time. It was so good.

so would coconut oil work for frying them? Lol

I thought about maybe seasoning up some flour or bisquik and then frying in coconut oil?

In the crock pot (can even be done on the stove top) with cream of mushroom soup, little bit of milk, and either a bit of ranch dressing or a packet of the hidden valley ranch powder mix

I've recently started adding onion gravy/soup mix to the condensed soup before I pour it over the chicken. It turned out really good too.
