I know there is a special nail polish for babies but I am drawling a blank.

Also when did you start painting your DD toe nails? Finger nails?

Piggy paints are popular non-toxic ones. I've never painted my 2.5yo's nails, I don't think she has ever stayed still long enough in her life for me to try haha, nor do I want to particularly.

I started when she asked me to do it. I'm not big on stuff like that lol. I have no idea where she got her girly-ness from lol!

I painted my DDs toenails when she was about 1 and I didn't do it again until very recently at 2.5 and 2.5 is the first time I painted her fingernails:) now she's constantly asking me to redo them if even just one nail has paint chipped off of it lol

I started painting her nails about a year ago. She was 1 1/2.she asked me to paint here when I was painting mine. We did them turcoise and it was adorable, but now she has me touch them up or change the color once a week lol. She's soo very girlie.

I do too, always have. I painted them the first time at 1.5 months and she's still alive at 21 months now

A lot of people don't agree... but I say paint their nails when you want to paint them even if they are a baby. I painted Lily's when she was maybe 3 months old and her dads side of the family flipped shit. Literally they flipped their balls that they didnt even f**king have at me. I put them in their place and said "Is she your daughter? No? Seriously? She is MY daughter. I will do as I please. It's not harming her." She never sucked her fingers so I didn't care." It's like the nurse that berated me for putting her in outfits at the nursery. Seriously... we stayed at the hospital for 4 days and a nurse had to transfer from being my nurse and said "Shes not a damn doll, you don't need to dress her up. What did I dress her up in? A f**king pink onesie and pink pants. And the nurse said I was treating her like a damn doll.

:p
