Should I buy FRER and test today? CCasto Due July 6; TTC since May 2013; 1 child; El Paso, Texas 1608 posts27th Jun
I used to have irregular periods, and birth control helped that. I got pregnant with DD shortly after stopping the pill and had mirena inserted 4 mo. after she was born. AF took a 4 year vacay. I really am not sure how my cycles will look now, but I AM writing them down. I ordered some OPK's and pregnancy tests online at removal in May but I honestly wanted to "have fun" these first few cycles before testing religiously with OPK's. AF should be due this Sunday, 6/30, on a 28 day cycle. Haven't been TTC for too long, but I am so desperate for a BFP (we had to put off TTC for over a year while some medical issues were resolved) that I have been making it a point to test every Saturday. Last Saturday was BFN. For nearly 2 weeks now I have had heartburn that comes and goes throughout the day, been very tired/napping almost daily, and the last few days I have been constipated. Sometimes my breasts and genitals are really sensitive, sometimes not. I am holding myself back from going and picking up a FRER at this very moment. If you ladies were in my shoes, would you buy the FRER and test today? Should I just wait and test Saturday? Or should I see if AF comes and test then? Maybe my online tests are worthless? I don't know...reviews were kind of shoddy. I am almost starting to wonder if I am getting myself addicted to HPT's and psyching myself into these pregnancy symptoms. Is that even possible?!

Since your period is still expected you shouldnt test until your period is offically missed; which will save you money. No use in buying a test and it isn't even time for AF. You only have a few days and like most TTCing women including me....we over think every emotion or feeling in our body hoping it has something to do about a baby!
