Do you do anything special when boiling them? Add salt. butter, anything like that?

Salt the water, boil, coat with a little extra virgin olive oil after draining the water.

Does anyone ever have the issue that sometimes the pasta doesn't really seem to stick to the pasta well?

lol sometimes when we make a plate, we put pasta on our plate then just spoon sauce onto it (my daughter doesn't like sauce so we don't mix it all together) and the sauce doesn't seem to stick to the pasta well? Sorry if that's confusing lol

Ooh ok, you said that the pasta doesn't stick to the pasta... I was confused.

What kind of sauce do you use? I've never had that issue before. Do you drain the pasta or spoon it out og the water?

Well that makes plenty of sense, you said "the pasta doesnt stick to the pasta" :)

Oil can cause the sauce to slide off. Rinsing your pasta can cause it to slide off. I put my pasta back in the pot after i drain it, add the sauce and let it absorb the sauce.

Do you rinse your noodles? That could be the issue. It rinses off the extra starch, and then sauces don't stick well.

I always salt the water, and then either add EVOO or butter to the noodles.
