Is it normal? I just cleaned up her clothes from her bath earlier and noticed dry white discharge in her panties. Could it be a yeast infection? If so what would be ways to treat it?

DD is 5 months old and has vaginal discharge quite a bit, Took her to the doctor and he said it's common for young girls to have a slight vaginal discharge. Most of them are caused by germs and clear up in about 5 days

The uterus is a self cleaning organ. Discharge is normal. Unless she complains or it has a foul odor, I wouldn't be concerned.

Ya I just wasn't sure if what's normal for us would be normal for little girls too. It doesn't smell, but she told me last week that she was sore, I think it was from the bubble bath (her dad bathed her in it... It's been since thrown out).

Thanks for the response.

Ok, thanks! I'll wait a few more days and see what happens.
