I'd just like to start out by saying I am a week free of even one cigarette and i feel great. Now, here is my problem.

I went to my doctor on Tuesday and I was 10w 4d and he tried to find the heart beat with the doppler and couldnt find anything. He searched for like eight minutes and nothing. I dont get morning sickness really anymore... and i really dont notice. any kind of bump and im 11 weeks today... what if i miscarried but just havent bled... and my doctor isnt catching it? I miscarried last year and im terrified itll happen again. oh and also i SAW the heartbeat at an ultrasound at 7w5d.... but so much can happen in that amount of time... I really wanted an ultrasound cause i really need to see a hb since i didnt hear it... im a mess.... i just want a live healthy baby. :( Anyone else going thru this?

He didn't schedule you an ultrasound? My doctor doesn't even use the Doppler until 15 weeks (he always schedules an ultrasound at 12 weeks so there's no need to check that day) maybe it was just too early to find by Doppler?

My doctor told me you can't hear a heartbeat thru the Doppler until you are around 12 weeks. I heard my little boys at 12 weeks and not before. Try to relax and I am praying for a healthy baby for you.

this because that is when they scheduled the u/s to check for signs of downs which i opted for just so i could see the little bugger and after that he did dopplers from then on but not that early

Try not to worry until your next appt. I know it's hard but alot of pregnancy is all about patience. If it really worried you maybe borrow or buy a Doppler for yourself.

ive been looking at dopplers but my family is saying im over reacting and i need to calm down and let the doctor deal with finding the heart beat.... so idk what to do... im just not getting bigger or anything... ughhhhh

With Heathen, we didn't hear her HB on Doppler until 12 weeks. First appt was at 10 weeks and doc couldn't find it. Said it wasn't that there wasn't a HB, just it's completely possible to be off a bit and told me to come back the next week. Didn't hear it then, come back next week. Heard it then.
This go, I had u/s on Monday, I was 9w6d. HB of 157 on u/s, not on doppler.

thats How it was with me. at 7w5d hb was 175 and now at 10w4days he heard nothing. :( i just want to hear a hb.... and the only thing my doctor said when we didnt hear a heartbeat was..."well your uterus would not be making so much noise if there wasnt a baby in there...." idk if that was supposed to reassure me... but it really didnt...

No heart beat till 12 weeks with my dd I was slim and didn't hear it till 16 weeks because she was jumping around so much but we did an US at 13 weeks cause I'm a nut lol and I went to the er saying something crazy I don't remember....and they did an US there....something I did a lot with my dd....I digress with my second I've been more easy going no antics I heard hb at 13 weeks no problem and I am fat....like seriously unhealthy fat.....but you are too early your baby is fine and your baby can't wait to see you. If you are feeling extra nutty because it's number 1 go the er and say something.... they do an US there.

Girl your baby was exercising and had no time to sit still for a Doppler breathe and believe sweets stress is doing nothing but negative if the baby was MOVING TOO MUCH! Lol only be alarmed if your womb is silent.... movement is good thing. If it didn't have a heartbeat it wouldn't be moving relax breathe and eat some calcium rich fro yo and love your little one...I'm sending you good vibes catch them ;)
