I'm only 4 weeks pregnant and I cannot eat anything. I'm not getting nauseous pant thing I just can't bring myself to eat. No matter how good it is I or looks I'm very turned off by food. What can I do? Why is this happening?

Are you taking your prenatals?
If so, just force yourself to eat. I had to and still do sometimes.

With my 2nd pregnancy I didn't really feel like eating, I was nauseous a lot. My doctor ended up having me drink chocolate shake type things to help gain weight. Talk to your doctor about options if the situation doesn't get better.

I had that problem with my first pregnancy...I just didn't eat much. I never forced myself to eat but I made sure I ate at least once a day.
My son was a very healthy 8lb4oz boy.

I lost almost 15lbs during my first trimester. It was awful, I was sick all the time. If someone had cologne that was to strong I would get sick, so many different smells set me off and while I wanted to eat so bad I couldn't hold anything down. My doc ended up giving me some medication anti nauseous pills. But even then I would hold some food down I would be feeling nauseous the whole time. Some things I tired that helped a bit hopefully they work for you too! I left crackers next to my bed so as soon as I woke up I would eat some crackers. Try eating very light meals 6-8 times a day, don't eat full meals. Preggy pops ( I got them at babies r us) Actually worked for me for car rides and sometimes after I ate. And picking up some ginger candy or peppermint. The peppermint worked better for smells because it was a stronger better smell. I know it's hard but you just have to look at the light at the end of the tunnel! In a few months it will all be worth it!
