Typically no ovulation means no period. (You have a period due to having ovulated but the eggy not fertilizing.)

You could try taking Royal jelly. It is a natural fertility booster, it helps balance/regulate hormones and many other things. Its amazing!

I was on Depo for 2+ years and after I got off of it, I did not start my period for a year. I finally had to get on some meds to start it again and it finally started about a month later. Good luck!

It took me well over a year to even have a cycle and another year to concieve. It was frustrating and we both thought there was something wrong with us but it just took time...
