I have hit a plateau and i wonder if i gain muscle if my weight goes up if i will look leaner even though my weight is high. I hope i didnt confuse you i work out 3 hours a week 1 hour a day for 3 days and walk the others.

try measurements instead of weighing, you can weigh more and look leaner smaller if youve gained muscle. In no way youd look flabby with muscle silly"

thank you my body fat percentage is 26%

you have not been working out long enough to platue. You just started your journey please dont be impatient because the results may not be as rapid as u hope. u literally just had a baby. Give your body some time. stay consistent.

well ive been exercising for 4 months and doing strength training 1 1/2 months

i have issues with eating to much and then being miserable when i cant eat at home

Take pics and measurements for progress. Have to tried switching up your workouts? That's probably why you hit a plateau, bc your body is used to it.

i was dancing to but the disk reader went out on the x box

U started when u were 8 months preg!? And regardless u just had a baby and csection. Pushing too much too fast will result in permanent damage
