After a rough 4 day stay after my c-section I finally got to go home. I was home about 16 hours before having to come back for extreme pain and a high fever that wouldn't come down.I've been here since yesterday around 3 and I'm not leaving tonight either. They have no clue why I have a fever...or why I hurt so bad on my left side. They found a cyst on that side but they don't think that's causing it.

I miss my babies terribly. My youngest son is 5 days old and I'm missing it all...we were rying to breastfeed but now I'm not sure how well were going to do. I've been pumping for him but he's already had to have formula

.I feel like the worst mommy in the world. This is the longest I've ever been away from my older son and I'm so scared my newb won't even know me when I finally get to go home :(

Thanks if you read this...I jus needed to vent a little...

Your baby can't stay with you??? My mom was admitted back in the hospital for infection After I was born and they let me be with her to nurse.

They actually want him to come stay with me, but I'm physically unable to even get up and down out of bed by myself and noone can stay andnhelp me so I'm very hesitant to bring him in. I know the nurses would help but he cluster feeds so I'd be calling them every 15 minutes and it sounds so hard. Plus my older son would be extremely upset that brother got to stay and he didn't :(

That's how I felt and I had a horrible uterine infection. Are they not treating you for that just in case? A few days of heavy antibiotics and I felt great! It was the worse pain than labor though, for sure. I couldn't even hold my newborn son without screaming out in pain.

They have me on some pretty strong I.V. antibiotics so I guess they would cover that...I've been on them for a little over 24 hrs now and I know they're keeping them running all night until morning too...I just hope they work fast so I can get home and get back to being momma again...
