Wednesday I had a clear positive on an OPK. Thursday I also had a clear positive and today a positive as well. I had ovulation cramps wednesday and thursday and theyre gone today. My OB prescribed me progesterone suppositories to take but im scared that i didnt O yet because of the numerous positives and i dont want to ruin my chance this month. Did this happen to anyone else? Is it ok to assume ive already Oed?

You don't ovulate until about 36 hours after your surge. I'd wait until Sunday at least.

Was my postive OPK on wednesday not postive and i should take todays as a positive instead? Im sorry this is all new to me. After coming off BCP my cycles are crazy and my luteal phase is only like 7 days.

My RE says to base it off your first positive. You just want to be sure you have ovulated. It's better to be a day late with progesterone than a day early.

Have you tried charting your BBT? That way you can know for sure when you've ovulated.

I know i need too. Its too late this cycle. I just go to bed at odd times, sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night, sometimes i dont. Im not sure if my temps would be accurate. If this cycle isnt it for me (FX it is!) then ill definitely try to start temping.

Honestly I would go ahead and start now. You won't be able to confirm ovulation with it for this cycle, but you should be able to see your temperature dip just before you start your period and it will help get you in the practice of doing it before your next cycle. It takes a little getting used to at first. Maybe you won't need it though. :) Best of luck!
