Prepping Body For Labor *Big Mama of 4* 20 kids; Jackson, Tennessee 363 posts

I just started taking EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) yesterday. I've only been taking it orally (3 times a day). Going to start taking it orally and vaginally (will only insert 2 before bed) around 37 to 38 weeks. Is there any other safe ways to prep for labor? I want my labor to go as smoothly as possible if I can help it. Has anyone ever used Evening Primrose Oil before and it worked?

It didn't help me any. But RRL tea is said to help.

frequent sex, orgasm, and semen all help prepare the body for labor :)
