My son is 14 months old and has never had runny poop since he was about 9 months old and eating solids normally. His diet is pretty much the same. I cant think of any new foods he has had... But for the past three days he has has super loose and frequent poops and he is SO rashy. His poo also smells very foul, whereas normally you dont even notice he pooped because its odorless.

What causes diarrhea poo like this? Foods I should avoid?

Well he could be developing lactose intolerance. It could also be a virus.

You develop a lactose intolerance that suddenly? I ate a lactose filled diet and LO never had an issue when nursing, and hes been on the whole milk for a couple months now and hasn't had any issues until these past couple days. He eats hard cheeses and yogurts regularly, but lactose in those is minimal...

I believe you can but I'm not sure. I know you can develop it at any time in your life. I would be putting my money on a virus though. Are his molars starting to come up? I noticed that makes Brady's poop weird.
