my concern is that crazy religious parents would be grinding these 'miracle cures' up and force feeding them to their children

Sure. There will always be nutty people/parents.
There are nutty parents who also voice a preference for a gay child. Lots of nutty people.

when I first read the title, I laughed and thought you must be joking, but after reading the post, I do think it's interesting.



I do believe that most people that are gay are born gay and that there are some out there that choose the lifestyle. and different hormonal and chemical changes in utero could certainly affect the disposition or likelihood of being gay. Doesn't mean you still can't be born gay though and certainly doesn't mean that every mom that eats sushi or fish during pregnancy is going to have a gay child etc., as some people seem to be implying. :P
