Had a minor surgery yesterday and I'm still kinda pooped today. I need something I can fix for dinner that's quick and easy but also at least halfway healthy. It doesn't need to be anything new or special, just need some suggestions pretty please!

I'm not as concerned about cooking time. Only thing is it can't be all day because I won't be able to get to the store until after the refrigerator dude gets here. Most of the crockpot meals I do require a ton of prep though haha. I just like them because I can get it all out of the way in the morning.

Do you have chicken breast and salsa? Throw both in the crockpot and let them simmer away for a few hours. Then serve with spanish rice a roni and corn.
