Huggies Little Snugglers and Exchange Mrs.Carlisle 18 kids; Flower Mound, Texas 23 posts

My 1 week old is peeing out the side of the huggies. I alway make sure his p***s is angled down so he is't peeing out the top when he is laying down but no matter what he leaks. I have tried the Walmart White Cloud brand and they are causing irritation and I am disappointed that they don't have a cut out for the cord. I fold the diaper down in front but it makes it hard to get a secure close.

Has anyone had any issues with Huggies? I have about 10 unopened packages that I don't want to waste so, can I exchange them somewhere with out a receipt for another brand? My first DS had a bad reaction to Pampers and store brand so we used huggies and they were awesome so I just told people huggies when they asked what kind of diapers to buy for our newest addition! I used Pampers in the hospital and they seemed to be ok. Would a store exchange brands?

Do you have Aldi in the US? I love their nappies and wipes, they're so cheap and never any leaks or irritations. My daughter leaked through pampers and huggies and both wipes gave her rashes. I switched to Aldi when she was about 3 weeks old and straight away no issues.

Some walmarts will take them back an exchange, some will not. Same with target. Best bet is to just go there with the diapers tell than you got them at a diaper party and they are irritating your son!

You should be able to exchange them for the next size up without a reciept, maybe try a few other brands and then once hes big enough exchange them for the size up and go back to huggies?

Given the price different between brands its unlikely you would be able to exchange them, as they wouldnt want to give you a refund for the different.

Walmart and target refund the difference on a store credit.

I use Luvs, and don't have a problem with leakage...also I can return anything to Walmart without a receipt. They are awesome with allowing people to do that, especially if you're just exchanging.

we hated huggies and pampers... and luvs. I used up & up on my oldest but we use the honest company now on my 5 month old

I had that problem with those same Huggies with my son. I emailed the company and they basically told me I was most likely putting them on him wrong & sent me a couple coupons. I've since switched to Luvs and haven't had any problems yet. =]
