Is it possible to be dealing with ppd 6 months after baby? I just dont like myself. I just wanna be left alone. I have no energy and I find that I am getting angry very easily. I have had alot going on and I am not sure if it's just stress or something more. How do you tell if it's ppd or just life?
Yes, you can have ppd 6 months after birth - you may have had it the entire time but it could just be getting worse now. I wanted to be left alone, hated everything and got very angry. I was very confusing and I didn't understand why I was feeling the way I was. I would go and talk to your dr and if they offer you medication think about taking it but it is more important for you to talk about your issues within a group maybe or a counsellor. I joined a group for ppd and it helped me more than anything else could. Good luck and you'll feel like you again soon xx
