Weight loss after 3rd baby! .t a y l o r. 3 kids; Indiana 3847 posts

It's been a tough journey so far, but I'm getting there!
This is what I started with:
2lsxxs6.jpgr8i9o4.jpg10g0a69.jpg( This is actually about 15 lbs off my ACTUAL starting weight, but this is when I started actually working out :P )

And this is what I've got now:
2elqh34.jpg1zq58o6.jpgxbk275.jpg(Right is another 'before' pic, left is taken tonight, 20 lbs later)

I honestly had really shitty eating habits before. Lots of fast food, lots of sweets (thankfully I cut out soda when my youngest DD was born) and I wondered why the weight wasn't just falling off like it did with my last two. So, I've been kicking my ass since March with a starting weight of 147 (ultimately started at 165 or so). Clean eating, lots of grilled chicken and fish. Ass ton of water. And working out after the kids go to bed. I'm down to 129-130 with 9-10 lbs to go and I'm feeling great :) I'm like obsessed with the difference in my face, I felt like my face looked like a chipmunk, hahaha.
If you have any advice or tips on what helped you lose weight and got in shape, I'm all ears!!
Thanks for looking and good luck to anyone else on weight loss journeys!

I struggle with motivation a lot, I feel you, haha. I had my son in January and didn't start doing anything until March.
You're beautiful regardless! :)

I like your face in all the pictures. Good job eating healthier though! I always feel better when i'm at a weight my body is happy with, and not carrying around extras. I'm not due for another 12 weeks and have already started planning my strategy.... just have to find the desire and motivation to actually do it when small finally arrives :P

Wow! You look great! I started working out again in January, but I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago, and it has me totally discouraged :/ Seeing this is so motivating! What type of exercise do you do?

You look great! My weight is not dropping off this time like it did with my first two :( I work full time and usually have to do OT after the kids go to bed so no time to work out yet :( I'm giving myself her first year, once she's weaned I gotta get in shape no more excuses.

Ugh, that sucks!! I went through bouts of being ridiculously unmotivated to the point where I even started eating like shit again, lol. I started the 30 Day Shred and with all the days I skipped, it took me from March to now to finish it, haha. Along with a mini workout I MADE myself do in the morning which consists of 20 pushups (that's what I started with, I add 5 every day or so, so I'm at 50), 1 minute squat and press, 2 minutes of cardio which is usually just jumping jacks or butt kicks, and 2 minutes bicycle crunches. I made sure it was all stuff I could do at home since I can't make it to a gym at any point in time, haha.

Yea I work from home so that's a plus! I get up at 6 nurse the baby, work nurse the baby on my breaks and lunch, get off at 3pm. Hubby works out while I watch the kids then we make dinner, I clean up, kids go to bed and put in a couple of hours of OT until about 11 pm... No clue where I would stick working out in there. My hubby's a personal trainer so I know as soon as the baby is done nursing hell have some workouts I can squeeze into my breaks and lunches :D the last 4 months have flown by I know the year will too :(

BTW love your new profile pic!
