Well, to anyone who IS contemplating suicide, I've lost two very good friends and an uncle to suicide and it's destroyed my whole family. I hope you guys can get help if you are really considering it, because your kids are worth it and so are you. That's all. It's not normal or okay to walk around life thinking that the world would be a better place without you, because it wouldn't. And there are people out there who would be more than willing to show you that.

Quoting Kimber-lily:" I don't think I have anything. Just a different outlook on the world. I think people should be free ... [snip!] ... meaningless existence supposed to be for in the grand scheme of things? I don't think people realize how small we actually are."

I absolutely realize how small and insignificant i and we all are in the grand scheme of things. However i find happiness in the small things in life, and while it does suck sometimes for me it has always gotten better. I hope one day you will see it differently or at least accept that there is a different way to view it than people are just so oblivious. I wish you all the best in your future and life!!

Quoting A+H's mommy {TKO}:" "Different" is an interesting way to say "suicidal." It just seems like you'd want to get help so that you could stick around for your kids and your SO.... if not yourself. "

:!:
I don't think that point of view is different at all. Imo we just need to find meaning to attribute to our lives. Especially once you've had children, I don't think it's a good idea to normalize suicidal tendencies.

But OP I think it's "normal" as in most people do think about it from time to time, once it starts becoming a more frequent thought or seeming normal to you then I think that's when you should get help.

I am sad sometimes with reason sometimes without. I usually have a reason tho. No matter how hard a try I can't calm myself down or think positive. Even when Im happy im still stressed. My anxiety can go threw the roof. When I get sad I don't get the normal down I go straight to horrible things. Then and this is why I asked you, it seems about a week before my period i get beyond down which usually leads to thoughtsthoughts of suicide. I don't get mad or crabby i just get sad. But when im on my actual period i get better

Quoting MommyO28:" I'm scared to go to the doctor and be truthful."

They're there to help you though. You shouldn't have to go through this alone.
