ok, i posted the other day about having a possible yeast infection. well, i got the monistat 1-day treatment and used that the other night. i feel a lot better, very little itching and/or pain/burning. so, my question is this....

how long after you've had one can you resume having sex?

i've heard that even though they are not sexually transmitted infections, your guy can still pass it back to you. has this ever happened to you? i want to have sex again soon, but i don't want to do it too soon and get another. the monistat package said if it's not better in 3 days, to see a doctor. tomorrow will be my third day and it looks like i will be feeling better tomorrow. but i don't want to rush it.

okay so I heard that even if you use the one day, 3 day, or 7 day monistat... its still working for up to seven days so don't have sex at all until those 7 days are up.

I was also told that yes it can pass back to you from your partner, so he should use some of the monistat on the on his p***s (rubbing it on like lotion) the shaft and the complete head of it...for about 5-7 days. I was told this by a health care provider
