In our townhouse we rented, it was 1659 sq ft split among 3 floors. When it was 2 adults and 2 children it felt fine. But my husband over invites for holidays and we had 9 adults and 2 children for Thanksgiving and it was slightly claustrophobic. We now have 2,030 sq ft in our two story home and I had 9 people for a Mary Kay party and it was more than enough space and we had 4 kids playing as well.

Ours is 2600 sq ft. 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths. It's just DH and I right now with our 2 cats and dog, but come December we'll be adding baby into the mix. Our house is a new construction so I don't see us going anywhere for a long time!

I'm not sure how many square feet, but me and SO just put an application in for a 2 bedroom apartment, its beautiful, newly updated and a balcony, all inclusive except electric and it seems perfect for the 3 of us. its on welsh/holme ave, since you live around me I figured I would respond to this. There are also many, many complexes in/around the are we are looking too!

Are you looking for a house or an apartment? If so, PM me where you found these nice places you are talking about Beause we are desperately searching if this place falls through.
