The only way is seeing a dr. My dr isn't one for jumping right into saying hey surgery will fix this but she said based off how much i have hanging, even if i lost more weight the excess skin would still hang there and clips cause potential infection from the skin rubbing together

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to do Zumba long term yet. My little one is due in a week, so I am hoping after my 6 week checkup I will be able to start up again.

Personally for me, I get a better work out going to the class because the teachers usually challenge you more. If you constantly give it all you got at home, then it might work for you. I need the extra motivation.

Once I get cleared from my doctor, I will be doing a variety of activities. I am involved with stroller strides which gives me a really nice workout. I started doing it during my 3rd trimester. It actually helped me get into better shape. I had to stop a few weeks ago but I can't wait to start up again.
