They're not painful, im just an idiot. But I do have a New lump up by my collor bone and chest cavity.
Dd is 16 moths and they still feel all knotty if we skip a session.

I use to always feel 'knotty' in the mornings. I got milk ducts above my boobs and in my arm pits too. As long as they deflate (eventually maybe within 2 to 3 feeds) you should be fine.
