I use to always feel 'knotty' in the mornings. I got milk ducts above my b**bs and in my arm pits too. As long as they deflate (eventually maybe within 2 to 3 feeds) you should be fine.

Yes, you'll feel lumps all the way up into your armpits. Try massaging them gently while nursing to help them empty to avoid mastitis.
