Is 4519 high? I believe I'm 5w 1 day or 23 past ovulation! Please help, I'm worried...

Sounds perfectly normal to me. Mine was in the 5000's at that point. Why exactly are you concerned?

The nurse said she doesn't think this is viable because the numbers were way to high not to see a fetal pole or heartbeat! But the ultrasound tech who did the ultrasound didn't know I was pregnant (she was looking for IUD). I didn't expect to see any of that stuff because I'm really early... Idk what to what to think ( they did see a sack)

Mine was 12,000 at 5 weeks. I have my HCG numbers in my profile. I think you are fine and it is just hard to see a fetal pole until mid week 5-6 weeks. Your number sounds good.

I think that is in the normal range! Mine was 9,000 at 5+1 or 5+2 wks.

I didn't have my HCG done at that stage, but my Dr didn't see a fetal pole or a beating heart at 5 weeks either, but assured me that it was completely normal at that stage not to see anything. I went back at 6 weeks still the samething, but did find out my uterus tips backwards. Which I wasn't surprised. He then order blood work. It was like 80,000 and then had the test redone and it was 99,000. He was still concerned due to the u/s. Went in at 8w 3d and bam there was the baby with a strong beating heart. Don't give up I know it's hard because I was there, but now I'm 15w 1d with an active baby. :)

It is very hard to see anything 5 weeks. The heart normally doesnt start beating till 6 weeks. I've heard that levels need to be over 5.000 to see anything at all. I think the nurse was crazy!
